Role
As a front end developer at Everledger, you are a builder who cares about writing elegant, reusable code, and enjoys collaborating with designers, architects and fellow developers. Your instinct is to work iteratively to solve problems. Your experience enables you to influence the team, whilst being well-informed by the business goals of the company. You take pride in making applications performant, as much as you enjoy the UI and styling work. You will be accountable for, and own a part of Everledger’s platform feature-set.
Responsibilities
- Build maintainable/scalable/efficient and modular code/libraries as part of the Everledger Platform
- Participate actively in Code and Design reviews
- Double up as backend engineers if needed and own up end to end delivery.
- Collaborate with Project Manager, Product Owner and UI/UX Designer to develop applications
- Collaborate with the Back-end developer in the process of integrating RESTful API’s
Requirements
- Professional, hands-on experience in building enterprise front-end products
- Deep understanding of React is a must
- A deep understanding of web technology stack is must
- Experience with Typescript
- Experience with Git
- Experience using configuration management and integration/build automation tools for code deployment
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens (JWT)
- Experience with Responsive Web Design
- Experience with structuring queries efficiently when working with large data sets
- Understanding of distributed systems architecture
