Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, human resource management or mathematics.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Ability to complete quality assurance reviews of technology projects against detailed requirements definitions.
- Passion about technology, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem solving, communication and technical writing skills, as well as the ability to remain organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently on tasks assigned, prioritize multiple requests concurrently, and work as part of a team.
- Accepting of coaching from colleagues in the spirit of continuous professional development.
- Capable of contributing to the team’s efforts to develop new ideas for improving efficiency/effectiveness of client service.
- Additional consideration will be given if you have experience with user-centered design, pension plans, health and welfare plans, and/or basic computer programming.
- Contribute to the creation of project testing plans and scripts covering the visualization and display of supplied and derived employee data elements for project-specific business scenarios and requirements, informed by your domain knowledge.
- Perform functional testing to validate data flows and ensure data displays conform to functional specifications, including for complex situations and outliers.
- Coordinate testing across integrated systems to ensure they are followed.
- Collaborate with business analysts, quality-assurance testing leads, project managers, clients and partner/vendors during all stages to ensure quality online solutions.
- Engage/direct automating testing where appropriate.
- Run cross-platform testing (Windows, Mac, Mobile).
