Requirements
As a Sr Database Developer ,here's what you will bring:
- 6+ years Strong RDBMS skills in MySQL and Oracle PL/SQL
Skills - Must Have:- Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL
- Strong proficiency MySQL
- Understanding of MySQL’s underlying storage engines, such as InnoDB and MyISAM.
- Should be hands-on in writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Knowledge of de-facto standards and best practices in Oracle and MySQL.
- Should have very good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in writing complex SQL and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of MySQL features, such as its event scheduler.
- Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications..
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as {{Git / SVN}}
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks at the same
Skills - Good to have- Proficient in automation of DB release using tools like Liquibase
- Knowledge in scripting language like BASH jobs, Kron jobs, Powershell
