  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including consolidation reporting. Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS preparation including sales and expense reconciliation
  • Monitoring cash forecasts and receivables and cash flow
  • Ensure setup of process for accounts payable and accounts receivable including setting up policies for compliance by all key stakeholders within the company
  • Currently managing and doing GST filing in India and also familiar with filing advance tax
  • Experience of handling processing payroll in India and able to lead compliance with payroll matters
  • Assist in accounting systems setup, changes, enhancements and also assist in setup and change to new ERP systems implementation
  • Assisting in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management
  • Reviewing and maintaining internal controls processes and systems. Conducting annual reviews of internal controls, risk assessments
  • Assist in transfer pricing work and review of transfer pricing calculation and preparation of writeup
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Assist in review and processing timesheets and expense reports
  • Handle additional accounting tasks as needed
  • Work timing - 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Requirements

  • Experience in managing all accounting transactions
  • Exposure to Quickbooks/ timesheets (Tsheets)/Payroll (ADP). The person should have experience of worked in a US entity business also knowledge of India business and accounting environment.
  • Must be good at communication skills as he will have to interact with our US counterparts regularly
  • Good command over written and oral communication and ability to dig deeper into facts and law are essential qualifications.
  • Good command over excel, word and Power Point is required
  • Chartered Accountant with 3-5 year of experience in related industry and prior industry experience or CA Intermediate pass with 5 plus years of work experience or MBA with Finance 5 years of work experience
