Position: HR Operations Executive
Reporting to: Head of People amp; Recruitment
Job Purpose: To manage onboarding of employees on our Intranet.
Responsibilities:
- Creating amp; maintaining On Boarding of employees globally on HRMS.
- Password management for all employees globally.
- Monitor and track changes in employee records.
- Develop strategy to manage active/inactive employees on HRM.
- Ensure training groups are assigned as per designations on the intranet.
- Assign relevant trainings to new employees.
- Ensure all trainings are attended and completed within a stipulated period.
- Uploading leaves and updating exits on HRMS.
- Maintaining employee database and records in an effective and efficient manner on HRMS. Evaluating the data on weekly/ monthly and quarterly basis.
- Responsible for generation amp; administration of all HR letters.
- Implement process improvements at every level.
- Creation of monthly HRMS Dashboard.
- Manage internal help desk.
Requirements
- Advanced excel skills must be able to create pivot tables, lookups, and formulas
- 1-2 years experience in HRMS
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal and networking skill’s
