OverviewWe are currently searching for a recruiting specialist to join the Criteo Talent Acquisition team. Based in our Gurgaon office (fully remote during COVID times) you will lead the sourcing and recruitment of experienced candidates for our growing India hub, and also roles further afield in APAC as needed.What You’ll Do· Manage the entire recruitment process from the intake meeting with stakeholders to the salary negotiation amp; closing · Determine the appropriate channels through which to source candidates (websites, direct sourcing, research etc) · Build strong relationships with stakeholders both within the business and the People team, to ensure a collaborative approach to hiring at Criteo· Keep across new sourcing techniques, external market trends and recruiting best practices to serve as a trusted recruiting partner for the business· Keep up to date on market activities by following competitor and industry trends, bringing knowledge back to the business and the recruiting organisation to ensure a competitive advantage for Criteo· Manage staffing metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.Who You Are· 2 to 5 years’ experience in recruiting, ideally in the tech/digital industry· Excellent customer service with the ability to listen to employees and managers to understand and respond to identified needs· Ability to work effectively on multiple projects, and with multiple partners, simultaneously· Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines· Strong business acumen and communication skills· Practically minded: able to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in!· Results focused with strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)· Ideally experience working with recruitment software (LI Recruiter, Lever, Workday) or similar ATS · Strong Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint· Fluent in English
