- Create and Post Technical Job Descriptions in the ATS and various Job Boards to entice and attract the most talented professionals
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Social Media, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and Github using innovative techniques.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screening resumes.
- Perform Pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Lead and advise the Business Stakeholders as a TA Acumen to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals, Sales Leaders, Customer Facing Engineers.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work and explore more on UiPath Products to build bots to ease our TA process automation.
- Create a portfolio for possible candidates to the business stakeholders.
- Responsibilities include pipeline generation, reporting, and management, building attraction strategies, interview process management, offer management, and building and maintaining relations within the hiring community.
- Create data analytics using various reporting tools on recruitment strategies.
- Minimum 6+ years of progressive full-lifecycle recruiting experience as a TA Acumen from Enterprise Product Companies only.
- Relevant Postgraduate degree in MBA HR Preferred.
- Recruiting seasoned talents in all disciplines while focusing on a Damp;I (Diversity amp; Inclusion) and unconscious biases with relevant behavioral interviewing.
- Adept in managing a full life-cycle recruiting process and strong customer orientation with the ability to communicate with candidates and business leaders up to Exec. levels.
- Technical expertise partnering with business stakeholders amp; hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
- Technological Savviness:- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS System, AI recruiting tools, Microsoft Office, and resume database methodologies.
- Experienced driving candidate sourcing initiatives using search engines, LinkedIn, deep-web Boolean searching, social media, and open networks, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and Labor legislation following ethical recruiting values.
- Responsible for continuously updating and maintaining a recruiter database for daily activity pipeline management and forecasting data using LinkedIn Talent Insights and various data analytical tools. MS Office experience is mandatory.
- Strong social aptitude and ability to build cordial relationships with business, candidates, and employees.
