Job Mission :This a role is within the Industry Practice at UiPath which is envisaged to help our clients adopt and scale Intelligent Automation across the enterprise. Job Mission :This a role is within the Industry Practice at UiPath which is envisaged to help our clients adopt and scale Intelligent Automation across the enterprise. Candidate should have deep understanding of retail andwholesale banking strategiesincluding consumer, cards, business, commercial and corporate lending, treasury and payments, trade and supply chain finance, commercial cards, credit risk and analytics.Here's what you will be doing at UiPath:-
- Act as advisory and solution design lead for Intelligent Automation Programs for our banking clients.
- Collaborate with UiPath sales, product and customer success teams for value-based selling and help build re-useable assets and artefacts that can be used across automation programs from selling and delivery perspective.
- Enable Business Analysts as part of the overall delivery team build out.
- Lead thought leadership through whitepapers, points of views, proof of concepts, demos and industry best practices.
- Explore new technical and business tools, especially UiPath’s technology partners as part of solution design for our Banking clients.
- Mandatory M.B.A. or equivalent advanced degree
- Experienced Industry Expert - 7-10 years of relevant work experience with exposure to advisory or consulting roles
- Willingness to travel 3-4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.
- Banking and IT/operational consulting (big 4 or equivalent preferred) leadership experience
- Experience in one or more of the following segments in banks or lending firms: Retail, Branch Banking, Cards, Commercial Lending, small and medium business lending, consumer credit/lending or mortgage
- Functional experience in one or more of the areas:Process Optimization, Re-Engineering, Portfolio Analytics, Treasury Services, Cash and Liquidity Management, Loan Product Management, Trade Finance, Lending Sales Process, Loan origination, fulfillment and accounting systems, Servicing, Collections and Risk Management
- Experience with following Competencies: Functional Architecture, Automation Strategy
- Exposure to market leading treasury management, cash/liquidity management, loan origination and customer relationship management systems
- Excellent business understanding of Banking functions to help transform their operations.
- Hands on Expertise to work and engage with CXOs and RPA COE heads to convince on solutions and product offerings, drive strategy/transformation work, and manage implementation programs.
- Thought leadership/Innovation to conceptualize and drive new solution/product offerings and take them to market
