The Opportunity:As our ApplyBoard team continues to grow at a rapid pace in our India office, we are adding to our Learning amp; Development team. The role involves facilitating training sessions, providing a world class onboarding experience to our new hires amp; taking up initiatives to improve performance amp; foster continuous learning across levels. The individual will report to the HR Manager in India office amp; work closely with the What you will do every day:

• Create framework for the onboarding process amp; plan activities in collaboration with the global team
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for the India new hires
• Support the new hires in settling in the company during their 1st week amp; address their queries
• Constantly monitor the effectiveness of the New Hire Buddy Program
• Identify the need for functional/technical training, develop content amp; calendarize training programs in collaboration with various team leads
• Develop tools to monitor training effectiveness
• Drive employee engagement activities

What you bring to the table:

• A Graduate in any field.
• Min. 2-3 years of work experience in training amp; content design
• You possess excellent interpersonal amp; communication skills
• You are energetic amp; adept at engaging the audience
• You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment with little supervision
