As a Learning and development specialist, your role will be to support the learning needs of one of the organization units within Zeta. The most important objective is to understand the business and its learners, create an effective learning strategy and deliver learning interventions. This role will require you to work closely with the HR Business Partners, Leadership, and cross functions to create a learning first mindset.
What is the job like?
- Lead the annual TNI exercise to determine learning needs (current and skills of the future) for the organization unit.
- Curate thoughtful and transformative learning journeys with blended learning solutions.
- Lead the development of learning program along with the content specialist team
- End to end project management of learning programs assigned
- Analyze data to measure learning effectiveness and impact on learning program designed
- Tracks budgets, negotiates contracts, builds and maintains relationships with third-party training providers
- Provide coaching expertise as a direct learning intervention and support our employees.
Who can apply for this role?
- Overall experience of 6+ years in managing learning and training programs
- Ability to build effective learning programs and e-learning courses ground up
- Is an excellent communicator and should be able to articulate your thoughts in a simple and understandable manner
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and solutions
- Able to analyze data and metrics
- Ability to program manage multiple projects running in parallel
- Familiar and proficient with Google Suite - spreadsheets, docs, slides
