Digital Marketing Trainer

DigiPerform Ellenabad is looking for a practical and communication-focused Digital Marketing Trainer to join the team in Ellenabad, Haryana.

The primary responsibility of this role is to train students in practical digital marketing skills using real-world examples, tools, campaigns, assignments, and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom-based digital marketing training.
• Teach practical concepts including SEO; Google Ads / PPC; Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram); Social Media Marketing; Content Marketing; Lead Generation; Google Analytics / GA4; Email Marketing; WordPress and other relevant digital marketing tools.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical exercises and projects.
• Explain complex digital marketing concepts in a simple and structured manner.
• Handle student questions and provide individual guidance.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Help students build practical projects and portfolios.
• Stay updated with changes in digital marketing platforms, advertising tools, SEO, analytics and AI tools.
• Conduct workshops or seminars when required.
• Occasionally assist with DigiPerform Ellenabad's own digital marketing activities, including content ideas, lead generation, campaigns and basic optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of practical digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of areas such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, analytics and lead generation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners.
• Previous teaching, training, mentoring or workshop experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Agency, freelance or in-house digital marketing experience is welcome.
• A relevant degree/diploma is preferred, but practical experience and skills are more important.

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
• Performance-based incentives/bonuses.
• Accommodation available for selected candidates relocating to Ellenabad.
