We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The role focuses on B2B technology sales, customer relationship building, new business development, and closing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, resellers, and channel partners.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Promote cybersecurity, networking, cloud, virtualization, and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing requests while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
- Qualify customer requirements and identify appropriate technology solutions.
- Follow up on quotations, renewals, licensing opportunities, and ongoing projects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM.
- Coordinate with vendors, presales, finance, and operations to ensure timely customer support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
What we’re looking for
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong lead generation and opportunity qualification skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM tools.
