POSITION TITLE: Restaurant Service Associate (Steward) / Guest Relation Associate
WORK LOCATION: New Delhi, Delhi, India
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time | Day Shift
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Under the general guidance of the Operations Management Team, the Restaurant Service Associate (Steward) is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service in accordance with company standards. This role is crucial for supporting restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and service efficiency within the restaurant or outlet. We are looking for candidates with 3–6 years of experience in hospitality operations.
FUNCTIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guest Service:
Greet and attend to guests promptly and courteously.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them according to service standards.
Offer detailed information and suggestions about the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
Prepare checks/bills and handle payment collection efficiently.
Operational Responsibilities:
Report for duty punctually, well-groomed, and in proper uniform at all times.
Perform side duties assigned daily by the Shift Manager or Captain.
Follow established norms for serving food and beverages.
Maintain smooth coordination with colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow.
Hygiene & Appearance:
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene at all times.
Ensure cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
3–6 years of experience in restaurant service or hospitality operations.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of food & beverage service standards preferred.
Professional appearance and commitment to high service standards.
