Remote | Full-Time

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST

What You’ll Do

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services
Identify, engage, and qualify leads based on their needs and business goals
Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team
Maintain accurate CRM records for calls, leads, and follow-ups
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
Proven experience working with Australian and US clients
Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets
High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
