Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a creative yet analytical mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s reach.

Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure productivity and goal achievement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors.

Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations for prospective clients.

Marketing Management

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Oversee content creation, branding, and promotional materials.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.

Manage social media presence, SEO/SEM, and email marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.

Strategic Planning

Develop annual sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals.

Allocate budgets efficiently and monitor ROI on all marketing activities.

Work closely with management to shape pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify, target, and acquire new clients for software, web, mobile app, and AI/ML projects.

Generate qualified leads through various channels — LinkedIn, email marketing, networking events, and online platforms.

Build and maintain long-term B2B relationships with small, mid-level, and enterprise IT companies.

Pitch services, prepare proposals, and close deals with potential clients.

Develop strategic partnerships or outsourcing contracts with global IT service providers.

Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed projects.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Create sales forecasts, monitor pipelines, and track performance.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and vendors.

Maintain a strong CRM database for lead tracking and client communication.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote IT services.

Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and improve brand visibility.

Coordinate with the marketing team for SEO, PPC, and content strategies to attract clients.

Participate in online/offline tech events, exhibitions, and webinars to generate leads.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain excellent client relationships for long-term business retention.

Ensure smooth onboarding, delivery coordination, and client satisfaction.

Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve service quality.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

Certification in Digital Marketing or CRM platforms (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.

International client handling experience is a plus.
