About the role

As the Assistant Manager People amp; Culture, you will play a pivotal role in managing talent acquisition of different regions like UAE, India, KSA, stakeholder management, employee engagement, run rewards and recognition, and employee relations TLC. You will work closely with the People team, CEO amp; other department HODs to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

Location: Gurgaon(hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

· Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the UAE and India.

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

· Build strong talent pipelines through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.

Stakeholder Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, department heads, and senior leadership.

· Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, providing advice and guidance on HR matters and best practices.

· Ensure alignment between HR initiatives and organizational goals.

Employee Engagement

· Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.

· Work with the UAE People team to plan and organize various employee engagement activities, including team building events, employee surveys, social gatherings.

· Implement rewards and recognition programs to monthly acknowledge and reward employee contributions.

Employee Relations and Payroll

· Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues in India, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

· Investigate and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and fair manner.

· Ensure submission and review of monthly payroll input for India employees to the finance team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the UAE and India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a multinational organization or diverse cultural environment is preferred.
