Job Description
Wizcom, a leading provider of assistive technology, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in facilitating agile development processes and ensuring the success of our software development projects.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to implement and maintain agile practices. You will coach and mentor team members on agile principles and facilitate the planning, execution, and retrospective meetings. Additionally, you will identify and remove any impediments or blockers that may impact the team's progress.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product or project development experience, amp; 4+ years of Scrum Master experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience 8+ years.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience using Jira as an Agile project management tool (other tools may be considered)
