Description:
Tbot Systems is currently seeking an experienced IT Procurement Executive to join our team. As an IT Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for IT-related goods and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their IT requirements and develop procurement strategies to meet those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify IT hardware, software, and service requirements
- Source potential vendors and evaluate their offerings and pricing
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure the best value for the organization
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to provide recommendations for improving IT procurement processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT procurement
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of procurement software and hardware tools is a plus
