The Financial Reporting Analyst will be a crucial member of the finance team, responsible for various critical financial reporting activities. The key responsibilities of this role are as below.
Roles amp; Responsibilities:
- Closing of Monthly book of accounts (Should know InterCo reportings, RP reportings, Accounting of various debt instruments.
- Review and presentation of MIS Reports - including Standalone, Consolidated amp; other cash flow reports.
- Understand Reporting requirements with regard to Segment reporting / Cost center Allocations / Other such Entities.
- Conduct periodical review of GLS, LMS systems, processes, vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ensure adequate controls for accounting process (Enterprise GL and Loan Management Software)
- Ensure all statutory compliances and regulatory compliances
- Ensure compliances under the Tax laws (Direct/Indirect)
- Manage internal/external stakeholders including Internal, External amp; other audits (Financial due diligence).
- Provide support on special projects and tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with GST law and filing of returns amp; reconciliation with FS.
- Preparation of Monthly reporting dashboard for CEO’s office e.g.: OSS, Yield, Model wise profitability, Segment reporting etc.
- Analysis amp; identification of variances between actual and forecast data (Variance Analysis).
Requirements
- Qualified CA with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience BFSI / Banking / NBFC
- Kickstarter amp; should be independently able to handle roles amp; responsibilities.
- Proficient in Tally ERP 9 and MS - Excel

- In depth knowledge amp; understanding of Accounting principles and RBI regulations
- Well versed with I-GAAP, IFC Implementation and IND AS.
