Position Summary

Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst

Team: Marketing

Location: India - Remote

Reporting to: Marketing Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Marketing Analyst will collaborate daily with a team of Leaders within the Marketing department in cross-collaboration with the Team for generating Performance Metrics amp; Tool Optimization along with the Operations Manager . This includes overseeing the tracking and analytics of marketing campaigns, forecasting, data integrity, and accurate reporting.

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the candidate will also be responsible for working cross-functionally to ensure marketing technology is properly integrated and aligned with other departments. Ensure metrics are monitored and analyzed to maximize ROI, inbound/outbound analytics strategies and research on new opportunities and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis across all marketing channels to optimize performance and derive valuable business insights.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance revenue by gaining analytical insights into customer and competitor behavior.
  • Analyze key metrics, trends, and patterns from various marketing channels for actionable insights.

Campaign Optimization:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Monitor online campaigns, create performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues by linking them to analytics, ensuring seamless campaign execution.

Market Research:

  • Execute comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations based on research findings to inform strategic decision-making.

Performance Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on marketing performance, emphasizing key metrics and KPIs.
  • Communicate findings to the operations manager for insights to share with stakeholders.
  • Develop reports and dashboards covering lead generation, inbound traffic, social media, web analytics, brand marketing, and more.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports for marketing with actionable insights.

ROI Analysis:

  • Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives, offering insights on cost-effectiveness.
  • Recommend adjustments as needed to optimize campaign performance. Analyze reports to track go-to-market trends and measure ROI from media spend.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between data analysis, campaign optimization, market research, and performance reporting to drive effective marketing strategies and maximize return on investment.

Web Analytics : (SEMRush, GA4, Mouseflow)

  • Audience and Traffic Segments Analysis
  • Website Performance, Behavior and Engagement Analysis
  • Keyword, SEO and Authority Analysis

System Configuration:

  • Configure GA4, Continue to Maintain Configuration
  • Ensure Connectivity of GA4 to SFDC
  • Ensure Google is set up properly
    • Code on EVERY page
    • Links and Campaigns aligned with marketing strategy
    • Segmented impression, clicks and traffic

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering , Analytics, Data Science or a related field

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5 - 8 years' experience in a similar role in the technology industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce reports, GA4, Google tag Manager , Google Console, Google trends, Semrush, creating Excel reports amp; dashboards
  • Proven experience with analytical tools, Google analytics, Excel is very helpful
