Job Description
Wizcom is a leading provider of digital reading aids, and we are currently seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans and test cases for both hardware and software components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test requirements, develop automated test scripts, and analyze test results. Additionally, you will assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues, documenting defects, and providing feedback for product improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer/ IT/Electronics and Telecommunication.
- A minimum of 6-8 years’ experience Software Tester (nice to have automation knowledge)
- Proven aptitude for testing quality software on multiple platforms and knowledge of industry-standard operating procedures and tools.
- Proficiency in writing unit tests and integration tests for programming languages.
- Must have basic knowledge of programming Language like Java, Python
- Knowledge of Software Test life cycle.
- Good communication skills
- Writing and documentation skills.
- Test Automationskill needed.
- Relevant software testing certifications include Certified Software Tester (CSTE), ISTQB Agile Tester Certification or Certified associate in software Testing (CAST).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of software testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or TestNG is desirable.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of software testing and quality assurance.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
