Data Visualization Lead - Power BI / Tableau

ProArch is looking for a talented and experienced Data Visualization Lead to join our team. As the Data Visualization Lead, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful data visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design interactive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements.
• Ability to identify the right data Visualization based on the Business requirement.
• Design and develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Participate in solution design reviews with business analysts.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Build Measures and Calculated columns using DAX.
• Strong experience in SQL queries, advanced calculations, and expressions.
• Experience in BI technology Performance troubleshooting and optimizations, bench marking, and establishing best practices.
• Review and improve existing reports, dashboards, and analytics systems.
• Develop presentations and documents that will have an impact.
• Communicate complex topics to the team through both written and oral communications.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete the project within assigned timelines.
• Experience in BI architectural design is a plus.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Tableau and Power BI dashboards
• Good Knowledge of different databases and Tableau / PowerBI repositories.
• Good understanding of tableau data sources (Live vs Extract).
• Experience in creating consistent visualization, dashboards, charts, and reports across the organization.
• Experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
• Good experience in multiple products like Tableau/PowerBI (Desktop and Web) and embedded analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills to analyse business needs and problem-solving skills to resolve the issues that appear during development.
