• Provide technicalsupportfor cloud-based issues pertaining to Azure, O365 and AWS
• Support on Email migrations
• Technology focused, self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
• Keen interest in learning cloud technologies.
• Self-paced learning on technologies

Requirements

• Degree in Computing Science or equivalent (B. Tech IT/CS, BSC, MCA.)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Basic understanding of customer service
• Hands on experience or understanding in MS Office
• Basic understanding of cloud - advantageous
• Willing to work in rotational night shifts including weekends.
• Work in a 24/7 Environment
