Highly skilled Scrum Master with a proven track record of facilitating agile methodologies to drive successful project delivery. Experienced in guiding cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework to optimize productivity, foster collaboration, and achieve project objectives. Adept at removing impediments, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices. Passionate about empowering teams, fostering a culture of transparency, and delivering value to stakeholders.

As a Tresata Scrum Master, you will:

1. Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product priorities, goals, and deliverables.
3. Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
4. Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to enable them to focus on sprint commitments and deliverables.
5. Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage backlogs, and provide transparency on project status to stakeholders.
6. Drive effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders/vendor partners to ensure clear understanding of product requirements and expectations.
7. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages open communication, trust, and mutual respect.
8. Champion best practices in Agile project management, including adherence to Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
9. Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
10. Act as a servant-leader, empowering the team to take ownership of their work and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

WHAT SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED TO BRING

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a must.
3. 8-10 years of project management experience, preferably in a well-known product company.
4. Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
5. Proven track record of successfully managing sprint rituals and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
6. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
8. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
10. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
11. Experience mentoring and coaching team members on Agile practices and principles.
