The Senior Systems Engineer is the voice of the end user within the ProVal infrastructure as well as the face of support for all internal teams.

• Ensure the ProVal Infrastructure is in a healthy and happy state through monthly audits and continual monitoring.
• Execute projects and services to help improve internal infrastructure.
• Deliver friendly, happy, and helpful support service to ProVal staff.

Requirements

Must have at least 5 years of experience in required skill sets.

The Systems Engineer is not an IT hobbyist. Technology is at their core and their resume shows it.

Required Skill Set

• Azure AD Hybrid
• Microsoft 365 with Teams VoIP
• Microsoft Office Productivity Apps
• Microsoft Hyper-V
• Current Microsoft Windows servers and Desktop operating systems
• Support distributed network and end users (Globally, remote)
• Remote management tools - network and systems monitoring
• Projects from concept to execution
• Hand-on experience with ticketing and time tracking software.
