Description

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the efficiency of sales operations through the effective utilization of Salesforce CRM and other sales tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration:
    • Manage and administer Salesforce CRM system, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
    • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
    • Deep understanding of sales tech stack
  • Data Management:
    • Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, implementing best practices for data hygiene and accuracy.
    • Perform regular data audits and clean-ups to ensure the reliability of information stored in the system.
    • Manages all sales reports and basic forecasting, commissions and quota management
  • User Training and Support:
    • Conduct user training sessions to enhance the proficiency of team members in utilizing Salesforce features.
    • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce automation.
    • Design and implement workflow rules, validation rules, and process builder flows to streamline operations.
    • Assists CRO in selling process, territory planning through data
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and implement solutions accordingly.
    • Understanding of Key SaaS metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM administration.
  • HubSpot or MAP familiarity is desirable
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, data structures, and relational databases.
  • Proven ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
