Job Responsibilities:
- To clearly understand the recruitment requirement, strategize the recruitment approach considering the position dynamics and TAT and manage the end to end Recruitment cycle.
- To source, screen and interview the potential candidates through effective usage of all possible sources like Employee references, head hunting, job portals, database etc.
- To manage the salary negotiation Offer generation process and maintain required MIS/ reports
- To coordinate with internal teams for induction, recruitment data amp; other reports.
- To facilitate the hiring of Technicians through referrals, walk in drives, sourcing through local agencies, manage the onboarding process amp; MIS reporting
- To work on ad-hoc assignments as per the Function/Business requirements

Requirements
Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
- Any graduate with minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience of which a min of 1 year should be in front line sales amp; service staff hiring
- MIn 2 years of End to End recrutment.
- Should have a basic knowledge of MS Office/G-Suite
- Experience in walk-ins, campus recruitment, sales hiring, Internal job posting, vendor management etc would be preferable
