Role Overview
Seeking a Fractional Head of Digital Marketing for a consultancy role on a 36-month contract basis, this high-impact position is tailored for a digitally equipped strategic and creative leader who will act as:
· Advisor to the current marketing team for evolving current digital playbooks in play
· Mentor to the current team for skill update (especially around creative strategy and performance)
· Trouble-shooter to the current marketing function on their 1-2 pressing problems and/or starting new initiatives.

Requirements
· 5-10+ years+ experience as a brand head/marketing head in company with significant online customer acquisition, demonstrating a history of scaling and optimizing digital marketing efforts
· Well-versed in the latest digital marketing industry trends, including in-depth knowledge of changes in Meta and Google algorithms, and how they impact strategy and performance
· Expert-level proficiency in online advertising, with a strong command over channel standards across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, Google, and more
· Proven expertise in crafting impactful creative campaigns, with the ability to quantify their success through key performance metrics
· 6-12 Hours a week
