The essence of the role
Sinch is a product driven company and your role will be one of the most important in the organization structure who will transform the concepts to winning products. The success of the product will shape the future and your role becomes most critical in making is happen.
We are in a search of an accomplished Product Manager driven by a passion for crafting products that resonate with customers in B2B SaaS space. In this role, you will become an integral part of our dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceive, develop, and launch products aligning with the company’s overarching vision and strategy.
As our new team member, you will
- Formulate a comprehensive product roadmap for the entire team, ensuring smooth product functionality, making decisions on backlog prioritization, and steering the product vision to fruition.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer experience, pinpoint product gaps, and generate innovative ideas to enhance market share, elevate customer experience, and foster growth.
- Cultivate support for the product vision both internally and among key external partners.
- Establish product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Transform product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Assess and prioritize activities based on their business and customer impact.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to expedite time-to-market and optimize resource utilization.
- Spearhead product launches, collaborating with the public relations team, executives, and other members of the product management team.
- During the idea generation phase, a PM will brainstorm design elements, analyze customer feedback on previous iterations or competitor products, and finalize a design for implementation.
- A manager will work on streamlining a product launch by developing a launch strategy and roadmap. They will also assign appropriate responsibilities to each department involved.
Who are you?
Education Qualification
- Graduate degree in engineering or computer science.
Experience
- Over 7 years of total experience in the software product industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a SaaS B2B company.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in a technology company in a product profile.
- Some experience in software development is advantageous.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
- Demonstrated success in managing all facets of a product's life cycle.
- Proven ability to formulate product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Solid technical background with comprehension and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to dive into the details to get the job done.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
