Your daily activities as a Level 2 Support Specialist:

  • You will be responsible for communicating courteously with various departments, including IT, Compliance, Finance, AML, Dealing Desk, Marketing, and Sales. You will carry out customer identity verification procedures and solve related problems. Your role will also involve investigating technical and non-technical issues in depth and providing detailed resolutions.
  • You will be accountable for client data management to ensure adherence to data privacy regulations. Additionally, you will analyze financial data to consolidate financial transactions and generate annual fiscal and transaction reports. You will effectively communicate financial information and findings to customers and stakeholders with clarity and brevity.
  • Moreover, you will manage the client termination process, including validating termination requests, notifying internal and external teams, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. You will assist customer support representatives by researching and verifying information to ensure accuracy and completeness in addressing client inquiries. Your role will also involve elevating customer satisfaction scores through expert conflict resolution and problem-solving skills during customer order investigations via tickets and Team Viewer.

You are best for this role if you have/are:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on both technical and non-technical issues.
  • Familiarity with customer identity verification procedures and related problem-solving.
  • Experience in managing client data while adhering to data privacy regulations.
  • Ability to analyze technical, financial data and generate reports.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and customer satisfaction enhancement.
