As a Business Solutions Architect at Raptee Energy, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our software development and business teams. You will be responsible for creating seamless processes that optimize business management and enhance customer experience. Your primary focus will be on developing workflows, identifying pain points, and implementing innovative solutions to propel our business forward. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify potential partners and vendors, and stay abreast of current trends and technologies to ensure our products and services remain competitive in the market.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into software solutions.
Design and implement scalable business processes that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop software architectures that support seamless customer journeys and exceptional user experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
Identify potential partners and vendors to enhance our product offerings and expand our market reach. Analyze and address pain points in the business model to drive continuous improvement.
Act as a liaison between software development and business teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Lead UX/UI design efforts to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in CSBS, CS, IT, Mech Engineering amp; Business Administration.
• Should be strong understanding of both business management and software architecture.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of current trends and technologies in the Software's.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
