We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team at Rentokil Initial. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the reception area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and assign through the creation of CCM tickets to the relevant person/s and communicate CCM ticket number to customer.
- Schedule bookings for the Conference/Training Room as requested by department heads.
- Meet and greet customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail.
- Book and schedule appointments as required by senior management
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements on behalf of Senior Management
- Assist in the management of office supply inventory and distribution
- Carry out and hold other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to the position.
Requirements
- At least five (5) CXC passes or an associate’s degree in business administration, business management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a receptionist role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
