Tata CLiQ is the flagship digital commerce initiative of the Tata Group. It is a multi-category e-commerce platform, operating across categories such as Fashion, Footwear and Accessories, Beauty, and Luxury. It has a unique omnichannel marketplace model offering customers the convenience of quicker delivery (by shipping from store), easy pick-up and returns, across 1,200+ brands and 1,000 stores in 100+ Indian towns and cities.

Roles amp; responsibilities:
1. Build the product strategy and product road map for forward logistics with goals and strategies.2. Entrepreneurial approach to product building and delivery - getting things done despite constraints, anticipate and escalate to resolve any possible bottlenecks.3. Own all metrics for forward journey of orders - EDD/ADD accuracy, Order to ship, Order to delivery, Perfect order %age4. Interact with internal stakeholders, engineering team and multiple logistic partners to define and deliver complex features.5. Own entire lifecyle of the product - research, conceive, deliver, monitor and retire.6. Experiment and iterate over product features to achieve large scale product adoption.
Ideal candidate:
1. Has strong product management and program management fundamentals.2. Is able to work on multiple parallel tracks yet maintain razor sharp focus on few customer problems being solved.3. Works closely with stakeholders to achieve product objective.4. Isexperienced in using data and KPI to monitor, measure and correct performance.5. Is proficient with SQL, Data lakes and Tableau6. Has a hawk eye for design and detail.
