We are seeking an experienced AI/NLP/LLM Mentor to play a crucial role in maximizing the success of graduates from our initial training program. The selected candidate will support the graduates' transition into client deployments, mentor them and help them leverage their skills effectively in real-world scenarios.
Compensation: INR 90,000 to 100,000(per month)

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize training curriculums and materials focusing on real-world AI, NLP, and Machine Learning projects, LLMs, including GPT and similar models.
- Mentor graduates in Data Science, advanced AI, Machine Learning, and NLP techniques, GenAI, LLM, AWS etc.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring, delivering personalized guidance, feedback, and support.
- Assist graduates in successfully transitioning into client deployments, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor training and mentorship to their specific needs.
- Regularly evaluate and provide feedback on graduates' progress and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI, Machine Learning, and NLP developments and LLM based deployments to integrate this knowledge into training sessions.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, LLMs and Transformer models like GPT with 5-8 years of industry experience
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and one-on-one mentoring.
- Ability to solve problems hands-on if required and learn new technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Familiarity with modern training platforms, methodologies, and development tools.
- Prior experience with remote work and managing remote teams is preferred.
