Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Role amp; Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, encompassing brand positioning, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance management, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all marketing channels
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with target audience needs and marketing goals, overseeing the creation of compelling and engaging content across various platforms
  • Drive digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media campaigns, and website optimization, to generate website traffic and high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation programs, leveraging various marketing channels and tactics to generate a steady flow of qualified leads
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyze marketing campaign performance, website analytics, lead conversion rates, and customer behavior, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives and support revenue growth
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, monitoring expenses, allocating resources, and optimising spend to maximize return on investment (ROI)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of experience in marketing for a SaaS company, with 3 years' experience in managing cross-functional marketing teams
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the SaaS industry for the US market and/or ANZ market
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and trends, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Experience leading and managing a team, fostering collaboration, and driving team performance
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, social media, and website optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Hubspot), and analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making and measure marketing performance
  • Willing to work 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM IST
  • Willing to work from home, full-time.
