The essence of the role
In your role as a leader, you will have responsibilities that include formulating policies, supervising customer service, and establishing business operations to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). As a diligent leader with analytical and strategic skills, you will have comprehensive expertise in diverse business areas. We are seeking an individual ready to take on a crucial role in overseeing the organization's operations and creating processes that support business goals.
Responsibilities
- Business Operations responsibilities include tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production KPIs.
- Oversee and enhance daily operational activities.
- Develop processes aligned with business objectives and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Formulate policies in line with overall strategic direction.
- Lead customer service initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Manage relationships with customers, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor budgets and objectives to ensure departmental profitability and cost optimization.
- Play a key role in managing partnerships to maximize profitability.
- Mentor and inspire teams to boost productivity and engagement and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Provide leadership and strategic guidance for service operations.
- Define high-impact growth initiatives across all key areas of the business operations and contribute to customer delight, enhanced sales and informed product development.
- Achieve operational efficiency by collaborating various teams to optimize revenues amp; gross margins, maintaining high service standards, devising state of art service delivery and high customer engagement.
Education Qualification
- Postgraduate degree in business management, operations or a related field.
Experience
- Over 15 years of comprehensive experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a managerial or leadership role within business operations in the tech-product company.
- Strategic thinker adept at orchestrating the entire department's operations on a large scale, adapting to various circumstances while consistently aiming for overall growth and profitability.
- Possesses the ability to present information objectively and logically, facilitating effective decision-making, coupled with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Capable of effectively engaging, influencing, and collaborating with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Skilled in adversity management, with the ability to navigate and resolve challenging customer situations effectively.
- Strong business acumen enabling a deep understanding and presentation of business KPIs.
- Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, numerical analysis, and financial planning.
