A Lead for Quality Analysts oversee the activities of their team members, provide, and take timely updates, initiate, and involve team members in developing, implementing and maintaining testing processes, trainings and other grooming sessions. They are also aligned to people management tasks like hiring, leave approvals, 101 and team discussions, and timely appraisals. They are the face of the team and would demonstrate on what the team does, to other business units and higher management.
