2070 Health is hiring for it's incubated start-up, ElevateNow

ElevateNow is a health tech start-up. We are building India's first medicine-led weight loss program.

We're shifting the perception of obesity from a lifestyle stigma-ridden with guilt to a treatable medical condition.

Our program delivers sustainable weight loss by integrating doctors, medicinal innovation and health coaches on a single platform. We have developed complex and robust clinical protocols to solve obesity. These protocols are designed by Indian Medical experts and are based on local empirical evidence.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Finance team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the financial operations of the company, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of finance, working alongside a supportive team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • HR amp; Payroll
    • Data collection from different teams of joiners
    • Input of salary, exit details in HR google sheet.
    • Employment agreement execution coordination.
    • Appraisal letter and exit letter coordination.
    • Support for offer letter.
    • Input of incentive details.
  • Invoicing
    • Customer data for online and offline channel
    • Matching with bank statement
    • Preparing the monthly revenue data
    • Tracking doctor consult /CGM/ Kit details for each subscription.
  • Vendor payments
    • Collection of payment data
    • Summarizing it biweekly.
    • Sending it to the Startupbuddy team for processing
    • Collection of vendor invoices
  • Statutory
    • Checking of TDS applicability and calculations
    • Checking of GST Returns
    • Reconciliation on GST inputs
  • Employee advances and reimbursements
    • Checking the employee reimbursements and approving for further processing.
    • Collection of invoices to set off advances bimonthly.

Requirements

Your Qualification

Experienced finance professional with at least 4 years of prior work experience in an established firm.

Prior experience with managing team members amp; consultants.

Prior experience in a healthcare startup/telemedicine is an added advantage (2 year startup experiecne is a must).

Empathetic and a problem solver.

Good communication and articulation skills.
