About the Team

The Growth team at Apna owns user and revenue growth metrics across all business lines candidates and employers. The team has played a key role in Apna’s growth journey to become a clear market leader in the space within 18 months of product launch overtaking multiple incumbent players. This has been achieved by managing multiple short and long term levers, such as marketing, sales, search engine or app store optimization, product changes and partnerships and tactically thinking through resource and capital allocation, cost-upside trade-offs and realization timelines across multiple initiatives. We are adding new members to the team to augment our existing capabilities and help chart Apna’s next phase of rapid business growth amp; product development.

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to provide support, nurture relationships and expand business with key accounts.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for respective orgs
    • Drive usage via building meaningful client connect, extensive product knowledge, leveraging root cause analysis (Excel based) to identify gap in the hiring funnel and provide insights to product for improvements and new product ideas
    • Focusing on existing accounts with a client centric retention strategy - identify the right hiring requirement cross product fit i.e. for a role x city x # hires requirement, pitch a right product to maximize value for money
    • Customization of the training modules for the existing clients by maintaining good relationships.
    • Identify amp; analyze the clients requirements amp; propose customized solutions for talent acquisition / branding needs.
    • Interaction with senior management in the client organizations amp; present Apna's products amp; services.
  • Upsell Apna's online solutions Corporate clients - Jobs, DB, banners, new products
    • Sales Analysis, Usage review and planning vis-a-vis product analysis on a monthly basis - find usage patterns, discovery of hiring patterns, share of other digital platforms (naukri, WorkIndia, Shine, Monster etc.)
    • Manage complex sales situations amp; acquire clients based on - value based selling.
  • Following the complete sales cycle and ensuring payment collection.
  • Closely monitoring of competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies.
