Job Description
Gegadyne Energy is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manager for Data Analysis amp; Testing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of data analysts and testers to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure the accuracy and reliability of our testing processes.
As a Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and requirements and provide insights and analysis to support their decision-making processes. You will develop and implement data analysis strategies and methodologies, create and maintain data models and data visualizations, and ensure data quality and integrity in testing procedures.
The ideal candidate for this role is a strong leader with a solid background in data analysis and testing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in data analysis and testing processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Electronic Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience in managing and leading a team of data analysts and testers.
- Strong background in data analysis and testing
- Proficiency in data modeling and data visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
