We are seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure and DevOps team. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining the reliability, scalability, and security of our technology infrastructure. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and maintain our technology infrastructure
• Ensure uptime, performance, and cost optimization of production systems
• Implement best practices for security, monitoring, and reliability of our infrastructure
• Optimize our CI/CD pipeline and automate deployment processes
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering their growth and professional development
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in infrastructure and DevOps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or related roles
• Strong background in cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Ruby, or similar)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar)
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure automation/configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication
