Part-time SAP Bydesign Consultant - Remote

We are seeking a SAP consultant to oversee and manage our SAP system, focusing on vendor and item setup, data adjustments, and resolving integration issues. This role is supported by two other person for the daily routine tasks.This person will work 10 hrs/week, and $30-40/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Management:
- Setup and maintain SAP vendor and item records.
- Conduct regular SAP clean-up activities to ensure data integrity.
- Modify and update SAP templates (e.g., Purchase Orders, Invoices) as needed.
- Manage user access in SAP, including adding, removing, and adjusting user permissions.
Data Handling and Adjustments:
- Perform forecast uploads and valuation adjustments.
- Execute ad-hoc bulk data uploads and adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in SAP, particularly related to customer invoices.
Order Processing and Resolution:
- Process orders for various products (Fish, Plants, Drinks) in SAP.
- Handle Amazon product setups and order issues within SAP.
- Create manual invoices and resolve finance-related order issues.
- Address customer account issues causing failed orders in Alluvia.
Integration and Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with unreleased invoices and discrepancies between Shopify and SAP data.
- Verify and approve invoices in Alluvia.
- Manage integration challenges with Alluvia, ensuring smooth communication between systems.
- Escalate and follow up on pending tickets with SAP Support.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement new integration processes for platforms such as Amazon or other new ventures.
- Proactively identify areas for system improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience building solutions with the SAP Business ByDesign development environment
- Understanding of the core functionality of SAP Business ByDesign and the technical tools for application customization
