Requirements

The Intern - Project Management will be responsible for assisting in the gathering of data and project information for the IT Portfolio Operations team

• Support Project Manager and project activities
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and maintain documentation with internal stakeholders, the Software Purchasing Committee, and vendor
• Monitor project timelines
• May manage small projects with oversight from Portfolio Operations leadershi
• Manage incoming request
• Gather and document project informatio
• Assist business partners to investigate/discover upcoming and/or existing project opportunities
• May assist in maintaining Jira project(s) as needed
