Position: Manager - ORM (Customer Success)
Location: Mumbai
Roles amp; Responsibilities:
-Managing a team of ORM representatives.- Ensure that the ORM team resolves all social Media queries within the predefined TAT.- Ensure Quality and Brand standard and Brand guidelines are being met for all responses, standard or non standard.- Analyse and interpret responses coming in and craft reports based on these.- Comb through responses from multiple platforms and be able to identify actionable insights for the brand.- Take part in online reputation building activities initiated by the brand team across multiple platforms.- Collaborate with various internal teams to gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product.- Set up a reporting mechanism to create hourly, daily, weekly and monthly reports for ORM.- Possesses complete functional understanding of the brands handled by subordinate team members; own responsibility to manage execution and reporting.
Qualifications amp; Experience Required:Comprehensive knowledge and Hand-On experience in using Monitoring, response management and listening tools Like Radian6, Explic8, Social Mentions, Google Alerts, Synthesio, HootSuite, SocialBakers etc.Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalentCertification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / Ecommerce will be added honoursAdvanced knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Reputation management is a mustShould be able to work under pressure, consistently meet tight deadlines and have an eye for detailHave good interpersonal skills amp; the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively5+ years of work experience with a brand, digital / social / advertising / creative / media agencyHave at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role
