What you'll do - International cash operations, including: monitoring international bank account balances, wiring funds between international accounts and to international employees as needed, working with internal teams to determine funding needs of international accounts based on forecasted disbursements.
- Procurement support for Finance department: Entering purchase orders and vendor requests in NetSuite on behalf of the Finance department.
- Supporting routine investor reporting, including: running and formatting NetSuite financial reports for key investors as well as lenders on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Routine journal entries relating to leases, fixed assets, intangibles etc.
Preferred Qualification- Should be a Commerce graduate
- 2-3 years in this area is preferred
