What you’ll do:

  • Become a trusted advisor to our clients and facilitate ongoing communications and guiding efforts to manage and exceed client expectations.
  • Identify business needs and develop test cases aligned with the functional requirements.
  • Configure platforms to meet the testing requirements that adhere to best practices including Subscriber Segmentation, Content, Journeys, Automations, Landing Pages/Cloud Pages, and general platform administration.
  • Test email campaigns, SMS/MMS messages, push notifications to ensure accuracy, proper rendering across devices, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Test the functionality of Marketing Cloud modules such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, etc., by executing test cases and scenarios.
  • Validate data integration and synchronization between Marketing Cloud and other systems (like CRM) to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct regression testing to identify any new issues or conflicts that might have arisen with new configurations or updates.
  • Manage client expectations by identifying and communicating risks and trade-offs.
  • Launch A/B tests, analyze results and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and issues found during testing phases.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of client-facing consulting/professional services experience.
  • 2+ years of experience configuring and testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform with an emphasis on Marketing Cloud functionalities and modules (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, etc.), Data Cloud and Pardot.
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment to design a scalable solution to meet client business needs and participate in system configuration.
  • A keen eye for detail is crucial to identify potential issues in campaigns, designs, or functionalities.
  • Ability to verify and validate data flows, integrations, and synchronization between Marketing Cloud and other systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Desired certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Data Cloud
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
