Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining up to date, data quality in HRIS including employees Life cycle changes in HRIS and
internal ERP system
2. Coordination with employees and insurance brokers for Mediclaim and maintaining MIS tracker of
Claims (Cashless amp;amp; Reimbursements), Nomination (Addition / Deletion), Mediclaim Cards, etc.
3. Processing Employee PF, ESI, Mediclaim amp;amp; Other Employment Registration forms
4. Preparation of Salary revision letters, Termination letters, Transfer letters and Confirmation
letters.
5. Monitoring Relieving Procedures and Settlements and general administration-related work and
Employee Co-ordination.
6. Responding to employee queries, grievances over phones, mails and meetings with employees
7. Ensuring vendor payments are done on time, managing invoices, ensuring payments are
released by Finance team.
8. Manage end to end background verification process.
9. Ensure personnel file documentation is done and ensure all documents pertaining to PF, ESI,
Gratuity are duly filled by employee and record maintenance is done.
10. Setup events such as blood donation camps, health checkup camps etc.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization
Development.
Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
Eye to detailing, Strong team-player, and Analytical ability
Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) and G-Suite including.
