Requirements
What do we need?We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner at Reveal Health Tech, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our innovative healthcare technology products. Your primary focus will be to define product requirements, prioritize features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities:- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather and analyze market and customer insights to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and understand business requirements
- Translate requirements into clear and actionable user stories
- Prioritize features based on business value and customer needs
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide feedback on product implementation
- Monitor and analyze product performance and usage metrics
- Communicate product updates and releases to internal teams and external stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and digital health landscape
- Proven track record of successful product delivery
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Passionate about improving healthcare through technology
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced startup environment
- Curious and eager to learn new technologies and industry trends
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Resilient and able to navigate challenges and ambiguity
