Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 technologies including Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, and PIM to ensure secure and efficient Identity and Access Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services encompassing O365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Utilize expertise in Endpoint Management tools such as Intune Modern Device Management, AutoPilot, BitLocker, and Windows Virtual Desktop to optimize device management and security protocols.
• Experience with Co-Management and expertise in Defender for Endpoint to enhance system security and threat detection.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members and stakeholders in utilizing Modern Workplace technologies effectively.
• Experience: 3 - 8 years.

Skills:

• Identity and Access Management (Azure AD, MFA and Conditional Access), Information Protection and Identity-driven Security (PIM).
• Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services (O365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Microsoft 365 Defender.
• Expertise with Endpoint Management (Intune Modern Device Management, AutoPilot, BitLocker, Windows Virtual Desktop). Experience with Co-Management is an added advantage. Defender for Endpoint.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SharePoint Online /Office 365 and strong experience in JavaScript, TypeScript amp; CSS
• Experience in PowerAutomate/PowerApps and development using Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
• Proven experience in developing and designing complex SharePoint solutions, including site templates, workflows, and web parts.
• Good understanding of SharePoint Framework, including portal development and customizations of search
• Experience in developing workflows for automating business processes and integration with Microsoft 365 services, Azure, and third-party systems
• Strong experience in the Microsoft 365 stack including Power BI, OneDrive, Stream, Yammer, Forms, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
• Must have strong understanding of authentication and security concepts.
• Prior experience in analyzing and documenting business and system processes (as-is and to-be), and writing functional and technical specification documentation.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
