Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. As the Marcom Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the company's brand, driving lead generation, and enhancing brand communication across various channels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Branding:
- Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy to strengthen Astrome's market presence.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
2. Lead Generation:
- Drive effective lead generation campaigns to support sales objectives. Utilize both traditional and digital channels to capture and nurture leads.
3. Brand Communication:
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. Develop and maintain communication materials, including press releases, presentations, and website content.
4. Social Media Management:
- Manage and optimize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create and share content that aligns with Astrome's messaging and values.
5. Event Planning:
- Plan and execute events, expos, and competitions to showcase Astrome's products and capabilities.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure successful participation in industry events.
6. Public Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Proactively seek opportunities for positive media coverage.
7. Market Research:
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
8. New Business Development:

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
